Approved light fixtures for Morningside can be ordered via email through Urban33.  You will need to submit an ARC request to replace light fixtures and receive approval from the HOA Board prior to ordering.

 

We have two (2) fixture sizes and offer four (4) different patterns available.  The ceramic fixtures are raw bisque and are to be painted one of the Morningside-approved paint colors.  These HOA approved fixtures/patterns are shown on pages 75 and 76 on the Single Family and Multi Family Lighting catalog that appears on the website for Urban33.
